  • If convicted, this third degree crime imposes:

    • $25,000 fine
• Fourth Degree Marijuana Distribution: Quantity of marijuana is less than one (1) ounce including any adulterants or if the substance is hashish and the quantity is less than five (5) grams including any adulterants
