If you Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) is Less Than .10%, then you are facing a mandatory Driver’s License suspension of three (3) months
If you Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) is higher than .10%, then you are facing a mandatory Driver’s License suspension between seven (7) and twelve (12) months
Second Offense DWI Penalties

Refusal – 3rd Offense
If you two prior offenses involving either Refusal to Submit to a Breath Test or DWI/DUI, then a third offense will result in a mandatory a ten (10) year license suspension and installation of an ignition interlock device.
All of these penalties are subject to further enhancement if the charges while driving in a designated School Zone.
