Refusal – 3rd Offense

• If you two prior offenses involving either Refusal to Submit to a Breath Test or DWI/DUI, then a third offense will result in a mandatory a ten (10) year license suspension and installation of an ignition interlock device.

All of these penalties are subject to further enhancement if the charges while driving in a designated School Zone.
